Cleaning SureFlap

We recommend that you can clean your SureFlap Microchip Cat Door regularly using a damp cloth.  After cleaning, leave your SureFlap for approximately 10 seconds before normal operation resumes.

Front Frame Replacement

This video shows you how to upgrade older versions of the SureFlap Microchip Cat Door using the SureFlap Front Frame Upgrade Kit.  The kit is compatible with all versions of the SureFlap Microchip Cat Door and fitting can usually be completed within 20  minutes.

Getting Started with SureFlap
